CTFS Evolve Conference 2026
Transforming Purpose into Performance Driving Long-Term Value Creation

27.08.2026
(27 August 2026 ─ Hong Kong) CTF Services Limited (“CTFS” or the “Group”; Hong Kong stock code: 659) successfully hosted its annual flagship ESG event, Evolve Conference 2026, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the theme “Redefining Impact: From Purpose to Performance,” the conference brought together more than 270 online and onsite participants, including employees, management across the Group’s business units and industry partners, to explore how corporate purpose can be translated into measurable outcomes and long-term sustainable value.

Jim Lam, Executive Director, Group Chief Operating and Financial Officer, and Chairman of the ESG Management Task Force of CTFS, said “This year's theme, 'Redefining Impact: From Purpose to Performance', reflects our belief that meaningful impact is created when purpose is translated into action and measurable results. While technology and innovation are reshaping the world around us, lasting impact comes not from technology alone, but from the purpose behind it. The organizations that will thrive in the future are those that successfully integrate purpose, innovation and responsibility, turning ideas into outcomes and creating long-term value for stakeholders, communities and society.”

Reflecting the conference theme, the morning programme featured three panel discussions involving management from the Group’s business units and industry innovators. Speakers included Monica Lee-Müller, Managing Director of HML; Carol Mo, Chief Investment & ALM Officer of CTF Life; Ada Ng, Complex Director of Impact & Sustainability of Rosewood Hong Kong & K11 ARTUS; Andrew Tsui, Co-Founder of Rooftop Republic; Yip Hiu Wai (Ding Ding), Founder of FeStyle; Ir. Dr. Adrian Song, Founder & CEO of Shenzhen Leadus Technology Industry Co., Ltd.; and Dr. Roger Sze To, Co-Founder & CTO of Aurabeat Technology.

The discussions centered on three key pillars: strategy, innovation and technology, exploring how ESG considerations can be embedded into business decisions, how social and environmental challenges can be transformed into opportunities for positive impact, and how technological innovation can support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. These cross-disciplinary dialogues provided participants with practical insights and real-world examples of turning purpose into performance.

Building on the morning discussions, the afternoon sessions provided hands-on learning opportunities through two experiential workshops delivered in partnership with the Hong Kong Red Cross and Eldpathy. By stepping into the perspectives of climate migrants and older adults, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the social and environmental challenges facing communities today and explored how businesses can contribute to more resilient and inclusive societies.

The conference also showcased the Imp[ACT] Fund, demonstrating how innovative ideas can be transformed into practical solutions that deliver measurable ESG impact. Now in its third year, the Imp[ACT] Fund continue to serve as CTFS’s ESG innovative platform, empowering colleagues to tackle sustainability challenges with creativity, collaboration, and action. Supported by HKD 1 million in seed funding, the Fund encourages the exploration of emerging trends, challenge conventional thinking and develop solutions that create meaningful business, environmental, and social value. Following a rigorous assessment process conducted by a panel of internal and external judges, three outstanding projects were selected for seed funding and implementation, demonstrating the Group’s continued commitment to fostering innovation from within and turning ideas into measurable impact.

This year’s winning project, developed by Hip Hing Construction, introduced a IntelliHook: Smart Rotation Hook System. Vibro was awarded first-runner-up with its Remote Safe H-beam Cutting Robot, while HML received second runner-up for its Nature-based Regenerative Landscaping Solution Service.
