Our Board of Directors and senior management are directly responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall sustainability strategy and relevant ESG issues. Regular updates from both the Audit and ESG Committees help strengthen transparency and reinforce responsible governance. The ESG Committee, established by the Board and operating within its defined terms of reference, oversees the company’s sustainability initiatives and ensures ESG principles are integrated into strategic decision-making.
